个人简介:

       袁喆,1998至2005年在清华大学物理系获理学学士和硕士学位,2008年在瑞典Chalmers理工大学获得博士学位。2008至2015年先后在中国科学院物理研究所、荷兰Twente大学、德国Mainz大学等机构工作。2015年入职北京师范大学物理学系高等量子研究中心,担任特聘研究员/教授。2023年加入复旦大学。

研究方向:

  • 自旋输运理论

    自旋输运是自旋电子学的核心物理过程。基于自主发展的第一性原理方法,研究自旋输运和耗散过程,揭示其微观机理。

  • 自旋类脑计算

    结合计算神经科学等领域的研究进展,探索基于自旋电子学器件的“类脑计算”和“概率计算”的物理实现方案,发展能够发挥器件特性的新型算法。
